Media credentials will be approved based on the following criteria:
- You are a media representative assigned by a legitimate media outlet to cover the festival. Credentials will be issued to those on assignment only. Family members and guests will not be considered for credentials.
- You have obtained, on company letterhead, a letter from the Editor or Director, noting your assigned duties, the dates you will be covering the event, your position & title and the name & title of the individual making the request (i.e. editor or director). Credentials will not be granted without name, contact information and job title.
- On-air radio or television personalities who are on assignment at Fiesta de la Flor only.
Fiesta de la Flor maintains an experienced on-site Media Relations team to provide you the greatest possible assistance. Media credentials do not guarantee you access to backstage or other off limits areas. Artist meet & greets are completely dependent on the artist’s management. To request access to these areas for pre-arranged interviews, please make sure you contact Ashley Higson IN ADVANCE. Media representatives will be allowed access by escort of an on-site Media Coordinator only.
All photographers must sign a release form provided by the Fiesta de la Flor Media Relations team prior to entering the site. The festival’s general audio/video/photography policy for stage entertainment allows access for the first three (3) songs from each musician’s set from the specified staging area only arranged by the Media Relations team. Video is strictly prohibited in any backstage area. Any further restrictions in the photo policy will be noted by Teresa Rodriguez and the Media Relations team. Fiesta de la Flor reserves the right to excuse anyone from the site who ignores this policy.
